Dessert & Mini Cup Questions
What are mini dessert cups used for?
They are small portioned cups, generally 1-8 oz, meant for individual servings of mousse, pudding, fruit, or other dessert bites at a dessert table, kiddush, or party buffet - fill them ahead of time and set them out ready to grab.
Do the dessert cups come with lids?
Many do - look for "With Lids" or "Snap Lid" in the title. A lid lets you fill and refrigerate the cups in advance, then simply set them out at serving time without worrying about spills in transit.
What are baking cups used for?
Baking cups (also called pleated or floret cups) line muffin tins and are used to bake and serve individual cupcakes, muffins, or mini kugels. Several styles are labeled Kosher for Passover directly on the product.
What is the difference between Petiteware and MiniWare?
Both are our small-portion serving lines - the difference is mainly shape and finish. Petiteware includes striped ramekins, round bowls, and cylinder boxes, while MiniWare and Decor styles lean more toward geometric and hexagonal clear cups.
