Plastic Charger Plate Questions
What size are the charger plates?
Most of our charger plates measure 13 inches, sized to sit under a standard 10-inch dinner plate with a clean rim of color showing around the edge. A 12-inch gold mirror charger is also available for a different look.
What colors and finishes are available?
Solid colors include black, white, navy blue, and dark green, plus gold-rimmed and gold mirror styles, crystal beaded chargers, and clear chargers finished in gold. Most ship in sets of four to outfit a full table at once.
Do chargers stay on the table for the whole meal?
Yes - set the charger down first, then place the dinner plate on top of it. It stays on the table through the meal as a decorative base and comes off with the dinner plate when you clear.
Are plastic chargers sturdy enough for a formal table?
Ours are heavyweight, built with enough weight and rigidity to sit flat and hold a full plate through a multi-course meal - dressy enough for a wedding or holiday table, and disposable when the evening is over.
